A true local, Rob has spent more than 40 years in Breckenridge. His life started in the mountains when his family built a chalet in 1966 on what was then the edge of town. Besides the four years Rob attended college at the University of Colorado in Boulder, he has been at home – in Breckenridge.
Rob began his career as a realtor in 1979 and was a founding partner of Breckenridge Associatesin 1999. He is assisted by his wife, Debbie, also a long time local and broker. Together they offer a seamless, well-balanced and personalized approach to their real estate clients. Living in the mountains with countless winter and summer activities, is what Rob has known his whole life. Helping people to find their dream home in the mountains and to establish roots in the community are a natural parallel for him. He has seen Breckenridge change and grow throughout the years into what is now, a thriving year-round community. He prides himself on being able to share his hometown with others. Rob values the importance of giving back and is active member of the community. He sits on the Board of the Breckenridge Resort Chamber, serving the businesses in Breckenridge. Celebrating our bountiful snow is a big part of life here in Breckenridge. Rob has always been quite keen on the use of snow as an expression of his love for our mountain community, and a medium to showcase Breckenridge. This interest has led Rob on a very rewarding path of becoming one ofthe top snow sculpting artists in the world. Rob and his team have traveled the globe representing Breckenridge and have won the gold medal at the U.S. Nationals and the World Championships in Helsinki, Finland, Moscow, and Sapporo Japan. He and his team were the founders of the renowned International Snow Sculpture Championships here in Breckenridge 18 years ago, which has grown to become one of the signature events on Colorado’s winter calendar. It is an enduring source of pride and satisfaction that they have been able to use our most valuable resource to help put Breckenridge on the map!
When he’s not selling real estate, you’re sure to find Rob spending time with his wife and daughter. Together they enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and sailing on Lake Dillon in the summers.
